Robin taking a bath

Not a good pic as it was taken through the window, but he was having such a lovely splash around in the big bird bath, it's really a long large tray that we used in the greenhouse to stand plant on, which is just deep enough for the birds to have a good bath, It was originally for Molly to splash about in as she loves shallow water to play in, but the birds adopted it.

Another successful walk today with the dogs, Its nice to be able to walk together again, it's been a long time.

It was dull and overcast till lunchtime then it brightened for a couple of hours but back to dull and overcast.

My great granddaughter has got Covid so she is in isolation in her bedroom at her grandma's, she spends a lot of time there as grandma lives alone since her mother passed away. Luckily Caitlin is in her early teens so hopefully will be not too ill with it. Her mum, Kirsty, has had 2 tests since she heard as they were together last weekend but both are negative.
 People forget it's still out there no matter now many rules are relaxed hence the reason to wear face masks and be careful.
In my opinion the only reason they are relaxing the rules altogether is political. Takes peoples minds off whats been going off, and appeases the hospitality industry. They don't really care about us anymore. So we must take care of ourselves, unfortunately a lot of people have stopped being careful.
