A panettone bookend!

A good day. From early rise, rare these days, to be ready for the morning Equalities workshop, through thoughts on Portugal, hydrogen and rights advice to a very pleasant tasting of fine Italian wines from the Bertani Family at Tenuta Santa Maria (fine Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone) and ending with this gorgeous panettone laced with Prosecco and sweet orange peel and light and silky as clouds, to mark the end of my birthday week.
