It's only a toy spider!
Hubbie and I took Ethan to the Easter Eggstravaganza at the Howden Park Centre. He immediately made a beeline for the balloon modelling queue where he had a monkey on a tree made for him. Then had his face painted as Woolly (he had also taken the paper plate spider he had made at Miss42's party yesterday and was desperate to show it to people and then say "it's only a toy spider" to them)!
We had brunch in the bistro before heading to the arts and crafts section. Ethan made an Easter bonnett, a badge, painted an egg on a stick and made a chick on a stick (or should I say hubbie very enthusiastically made that)! It's fair to say our time there was a big hit with Ethan!
Back home and hubbie cleaned inside the cars while I jet washed the back path. Took me 2 hours to get it done properly by which time it had got so cold I couldn't feel my fingers any more. Just need to do the decking the next nice weekend we get and then start on sorting out the rest of the garden as it has been seriously neglected over the past few years.
