Our bare bannister

Mr H and I bought our house from my parents so we are bringing up little man in the house that I grew up in from the age of 4. We have made some considerable changes to make it our own and still have quite a bit to do but there is no rush. This blip is the original bannister sanded down to the bare wood.
A quiet day today. My neck took a good 48 hours to stop hurting. Stocked up the cupboards, fridge and freezer today and made a shepherd's pie for the freezer and had a roast chicken for dinner. Early night as back to work in the morning.
