BACK ON THE BIKE

In more ways than one I'm back on the bike and back to blip after my time in Albany.   We had a wonderful time, played lots of golf, the weather was unusually warm for Albany, we made it to the beach a couple of times, sampled some delicious food and had a couple of glasses of the bubbly wine variety.
I was exhausted on returning home - definitely getting old.
