I was in work a bit earlier so got to see the front of the shutter before they opened the market stall.

Had my appraisal, first time with my boss as I have previously been under the admin umbrella. He said if it took more than 30 minutes there was a problem. Ended up being almost an hour and a half but because we do just talk a lot. It was a nice opportunity to talk one to one about the role and the future. He knows I'm not going anywhere and I know what he thinks of me :).
