Cooking Again

I've rediscovered the love of cooking recently.  My paternal grandfather cooked as a profession and had a few restaurants, catering businesses and kitchen jobs.  

I started cooking for my sister who is sick and can't do so for herself anymore.  She'll pick a few recipes, do an order into the grocery store and I'll pick it up.  

Red sauce is one of my favorites.
