Madingley Hall with the Cambridge Camera Club
Spent an enjoyable morning at Madingley Hall. I decided to go ‘light weight’ and only take the Fuji with it’s fixed 35mm full frame equivalent lens. I had in mind to practice focus bracketing. As it turned out I was having so much fun chatting to people and trying different things on the camera that I only remembered about focus bracketing when I returned to the car. I did a quick study of a rather nice flower, hand held.

We are currently now in Margate, without laptop, so I will have to wait to see the results.

The photo here is of the courtyard taken on the iPhone as a black and white image and then developed in snapseed. Did you know changing the warmth of a picture in snapseed turns it into quite a nice sepia toned image. You learn something everyday, if you just look for it.

(Here’s hoping our lodgers don’t wreck the house in our absence for the weekend:)
