like prayer flags in the wind

Managed to persuade boy #2 to come for a walk. I had planned to visit the National Mining Museum but that was cancelled due to storm Malik. Instead, we walked to Portobello via the Innocent Railway Tunnel and Duddingston. By the time we got there the storm had subsided and the tide was in. Pizza on the prom and onwards via the sewage treatment plant. Picked up a bunch of new tea vs bread graffitis (see extra for a particularly unusual one on the sea wall). The new pictures are also my website. We checked out the fence to see if we could get onto the East Sands to walk along to check out the Martello Tower. Alas, the fence is still standing firmly. Back up Leith Walk and bus home.
