After rooting around amongst files and papers (I have no idea where anything is anymore ... not that I did before, if I’m honest) I spent some time writing an email to my old avoidant landlord and then headed into town for a food shop. It was turning out to be a rather lovely bright afternoon so I headed out to look at snowdrops when mid-walk my friend texted. She headed over and off we went.
