Take it Easy

The Chiro’s and I have confirmed that care isn’t helping and therefore I’ve most likely got a herniated disc. Time, rest, ice and heat are my only options right now. So, per the advice of my doctors, I’m taking it easy.

Not a small task living in Maine during the winter. A blizzard is set to bear down on us tomorrow. The kids have been helpful loading firewood for me and taking the dog out. Hoping the storm passes without issue.
