just one of the quotes I loved & snapped during my wander around Brighton & Hove Museum & Art Gallery this afternoon. A simple blip, but a couple of sentences that really resonated with me. Another beautiful day, weather wise AND all other ways :-D

Three Things
1. A beautifully relaxing Hopi Ear Candle & Head Massage session this morning; I felt tingles a couple of times during the massage and the therapist said she did Reiki & it was probably her energy going through me. Never tried Reiki, but think it will go on my to do list. Felt very floaty & relaxed afterwards!
2. Great food; veggie brunch in the Lanes with fresh juice & delicious coffee
3. The whole day with my gorgeous lady xXx
