Barbra Manatee

When our grands were young we watched Veggie Tales, and one of their favorite songs was "Barbra Manatee"...you are the one for me...
We've seen manatees before, but never were able to see their faces til today.  This one smiled and waved to us!!
The power plant was the only warm place in Florida, so we visited Manatee Park, and was it ever busy!!'
Tons of people...we had to park in overflow...but how wonderful to see so many manatees!  And there were babies!!!!!
This one was having a wonderful time rolling and rolling near the surface.  It was the best view we've ever had in many visits.  So much fun!!
We got to our condo and had a bit of a wait to check in because they had to fix our master bath shower...but that's ok.
After a wonderful visit with friends, Al and I are ready to begin our celebration of 50 years together with just the two of us before some of our family join us in a few days!
