La vie en rose

Quite the wintry day today. Lots of wind and snow. Not sure how much we ended up getting because of the snow drifts, but I would say a minimum of 12 inches. In the extra is my husband using the snow blower to clear the driveway, as you can see the snow is close to his knees. After he finished here he went to my parents with my bil, and then went to help a friend. It was almost 8pm by the time he got home and was quite tired. Leek and potato soup for dinner. Now the fire is going, cheese and crackers are out along with some red wine. Hoping to get out tomorrow to do a little hike in the snow.
