Turnin’ 60 tat

A few friends asked me about the tattoo I got 10 years ago when I turned 60. The Viking ship: my mom was full blooded Norwegian. The guitar dragon: it’s a Taylor guitar headstock (I showed it to the owner, Bob Taylor, he was underwhelmed). The compass rose: my wife, Dr. Peggy is a geography professor. The treble clef sea: my music passion. Well, that’s about it. I’ll explain my right arm tattoo of Aslan later this year . Our younger son is now going to Oxford, the hallowed halls of C. S. Lewis.
