Blown away

Started the day by taking Paisley out for a walk to let A have a lie in. We were blown along by Storm Malik and there were bins blown over on the roads and swirling rubbish, but no evidence of tree damage like elsewhere around the country. We had a good walk, with some (limited) success trying to reduce her reaction to other dogs using the dog training tips. Her tail and ears were blowing all over the place (although not in this photo!) but she enjoyed exploring the park and it was good to get some early exercise. Also noticeably longer hours of light now…such a relief!
We had a pretty productive although low key day…I did the food shopping whilst A did cleaning, I managed to clear some work things and write new to do lists, made jam (although it’s too set unfortunately, which I hate), solved today’s Wordle in 3 tries, did some more Italian Duolingo, A dyed her hair again…in the never ending search for the perfect shade of pink!
We had jacket potatoes and rice pudding for supper, both slow baked, then started to catch up on some recorded TV but decided we didn’t like The Responder that I’d been looking forward to and gave up to watch nonsense.
