Family

As families no longer seem to live close to one another these days and even on different continents, my son Simon after discussions with his kids about ancestors, asked if I have pictures from way back, of the family. 
I found these pictures of the females in my line so made a little snapshot for him.
My great grandmother, my grandmother, my mother, myself and my granddaughter.   The first three are 'professional' shots when not everyone had a camera or phone! Mine was an in-house photo and Daniela's is her school picture from this year.
I will do the same for the men in the family sometime though there is no great grandfather
(I did not have a daughter so we missed a generation; neither did my sister.)
