Winter Aconites

A lazy Sunday, doing very little except, reading and knitting.

Sybil is very happy once more as her family came home last night. I was sent several pictures of her looking very smug.

Today’s picture is of some Winter Aconites in full bloom in the sunshine; they looked like this on 14 January 2022. Anyone who knows me well will know that I do not like yellow flowers, but somehow, Aconites and Daffodils seem different; maybe because they are signs that winter is coming to an end.

Noon Today – six degrees Celsius. It seems warmer today than yesterday, probably due to the wind chill factor yesterday.
