Pizza time

Helen and I are going to a funeral tomorrow in north London (our friend Chris, 57, died of a sudden heart attack last month). Staying overnight in a hotel in Finchley, we found a decent Italian restaurant for dinner.

I have a sore shin after doing another couple of 'gentle' runs at the weekend. Fortunately, I have a physio appointment later in the week, so will hold off any further running until after that.
