Hollie's Playground

After a lazy start to the day I took Hollie down the lane to one of her favoured playgrounds - we call it 'The Hummocks'.

She loves to run and explore, often sniffing out mice in the long grass. This morning was perfect - after an overnight ground frost - we had some idyllic blue skies and sunshine. The ground is very dry and I was able to kneel down to take some low angle shots without getting wet knees.

This afternoon Mrs I helped me to relocate all the clutter we had moved from the garage during the extension work. It had been temporarily stored in the conservatory, and now we have proper storage in the extension we are starting to get our house back!

A spectacular sunset tonight, and now we are enjoying tea, and crumpets slathered with butter and black cherry jam.
