Riding High

Drove over to Boroughbridge to visit my brother Don. He was in fine form, it’s hard to believe he is 90. He had driven to York last night so him and his wife C could go dancing. 
Tomorrow he will be playing golf as he does every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. ( weather permitting).
They have just booked two holidays, one next month and the another in March.

Elaine came with me and we stayed for a couple of hours, we were encouraged to stay for lunch but l wanted to get back before Storm Corrie took hold.

As we driving through Otley we decided to call into a cafe for a flatwhite as they make them really strong. 
Always interesting to go there, it’s full of interesting 50s furniture and also has an eclectic range of artefacts, plus a cycle in the rafters.
