The orange and almond cake got a fair few stabs with a skewer as I tried to make sure it was cooked through. Delicious served cold with some yoghurt, and it will probably be even better tomorrow.

Thank you to my kitchen assistants H & W. Blitzing the boiled oranges in the food processor was definitely the best part! It made the girls squeal with delight.
