So so windy! Another Storm thought the night Malik or was it Corrie? Garden looked rather decorated with my furniture and one smashed bird table :(
Long day at work
Home for a bath and a snooze then hopped on the 31 straight to Haymarket. Cannot remember the last time I was on a bus, quite fun although it was a shame it was a dark so I couldn’t watch the world go by.
Met up with everyone else at the Omar Khayyam. They’d been watching the rugby in Currie all afternoon so arrived rather well oiled. The curry ordered was enormous with drunk fuelling the one in charge :))) but, oh it was good. Haven’t been here for years, superb food and great craic.
A wee drink in Whighams, a little bit more sedate than my memories from the 90s.then a cold walk along Princes street for the last train home. Great buzz in town.
