This is Andy, who teaches Tai Chi on Goldster. We have joined this on-line site for lots of interesting content - from interactive book reviews, to Cockney sing-a-longs (a Mrs S favourite).
Andy is particularly good at leading novices, like us, into the joy of Tai Chi. Once you are hooked, you keep coming back for more.
