I just can't seem to make any sound.....

It was a happy Anniversary yesterday; thank you all for your good wishes.    

It's nice to look back over the years - it's such a help to browse and see the order things happened - do you remember when we all thought Blip was going to go - and we were all downloading our stories as fast as we could? 

Any hoo - onward and upward.  I decided yesterday after looking back that I no longer make quite as much effort as I use to.  I should look for the moment, and grab it while I can.  Not just browse about for something. 

But today was Allotment check-up, and off we toddled, before the onset of the wind. 

We took our shots of the plots, and then Himself sent me off to "assume the position" at some random point in the allotment. 

I got myself down on the ground (jacket under me for protection against the wet), and shouted "OKAY".

About 5 seconds later - and if you look very closely you'll see him - i heard a voice shouting "Simon, Simon"... 

I propped myself up on my elbow and shouted back "Oi Peter, what's wrong".  And he looked at me and said, "jeesus christ I thought you had fallen over". 

I explained the dead body photo and he laughed and went on his merry way, but I did take him to task as we wandered round checking all the plots as to why he hadn't instantly run over to me and performed kiss of life. 

Wow, you should have heard him trying to back chat his way out of that one.
