An amazing day at the Kennedy Space Center and Astronaut Hall of Fame for the Astronaut Training Experience.

Ten hours of space immersion including a mock space mission, simulators, talk from a veteran astronaut, shuttle landing simulators etc, then a tour of Kennedy Space Center with Saturn 5 rocket (HUUUUUGE)

This is a silhouette of one of the rockets in the rocket garden. For me it summed up the future but also the past, the technology was so old and the space suits etc seemed like museum pieces from another era, which I suppose it was.

Like the final line of "Apollo 13",

"When we will be going back?"
