No parkrun (bark walk) for me this morning . I stayed in bed with a cuppa and did Wordle, which has become a very fast but contained addiction.

Liz called round at 6 pm and suddenly it was spontaneous ‘cheese course and G&T’s’ all over again . Great idea and I stayed awake this time !
