The view from under the bridge

Anyone who knows Pollok Park will recognise this view. At the moment we can’t walk through the stable courtyard so continue our walk we need to take a left turn and walk under the bridge and up the cobbled pathway.

I was speaking one of the park staff this morning and she was able to tell me that some structural engineers had visited the courtyard and now that funding has been agreed the restoration of the courtyard should begin soon.

After a weekend of wind and rain it was just great to enjoy a morning walk in the sunshine.
