Time Capsule

The mono Monday challenge this week is what you would put in a time capsule. Well, I am not entering that but it occurred to me this morning as I was riding through the Olympic park with my pal John that this was opened almost ten years ago. How amazing to think that the park, actually called the Queen Elizabeth park, has been available for all to enjoy since then.

Beautiful sunshine casting long shadows. And it was windy. The weather forecast described it as "moderate breeze" but it felt like a gale. Goodness knows what it must have been like up in Scotland.
