Anniversary.

I went along to the one year anniversary celebrating a year since the John Smith Stadium Covid Vaccination opened.

Everyone who attended was given a pewter jab badge and a cupcake.

I still can’t believe the huge effort of getting that place up and running. We were under the seating at the football stadium, where the pints and pies are sold. We had no heat, it was snowing in, and our visors were frozen on the inside, and we were seeing 800+ patients a day. It was madness.

And one of the best things I’ve ever done.
