Marmelade

This is what I made yesterday. 2kg Seville oranges, 3 lemons, 1.8kg sugar = 9 Jars of marmalade. Several jars already reserved!

It’s a laborious process; the peeling and shredding took me about 1.5hrs. But I had some good podcasts to keep me company so actually rather relaxing.
