Flitting

I cycled to the hospital today to have my 24hr BP monitor attached  - again.
This is the third time since 2015. I last had it done in May last year. I heard nothing afterwards and as per my GP directions to not worry they would be in touch if something wrong, it turned out they never got the results so there's been something wrong for quite some time.
Hopefully this time I will get someone to do something about my BP. Ever the optimist.

I went into the park afterwards. Late sunshine but bitterly cold.
I watched this robin flit in and out of the fenced area. It was then joined by another (see extra). They must have paired up ahead of mating because they are usually solitary and territorial.
