Santa Came! (2012)

Last year we took a similar photo of Linden standing (with Mommy's support) in front of the Christmas tree on Christmas morning. This year he stands with much less assistance and much taller, some physical examples of all the change he's been through in a year.

Our tree is decorated with "ornaments" I made from all the cards and photos friends and family sent this season. We are blessed to receive these greetings, reminders of the best gifts of the year: the love of our friends and family. Santa delivered a few gifts, but this year we started a new tradition: asking family to consider donating to a non-profit dear to our hearts instead of giving us excess toys and gifts.
