Long shadow

Not sure this shot really gives a sense of how windswept I was out on the field with the footballers at lunchtime. It definitely doesn't give a sense of how bitterly cold it was. It was good to get outside for a while in amongst teaching and ticking things off the list. There was a lengthy meeting and more catch up to do at the end of it but I was home to Bailey eventually for a quick walk in the cold and then home for our tea. Everyone's feeling like it has been a very long January so we are glad to see the end of it today.
