Water

A long swim in the pool, something else that hasn’t happened in nearly 2 years. I was very happy with my swimming.
I was very happy with my recovery nap too.
Dinner was an absolute fail, Feijoada, the meat was so salty we couldn’t eat it! I need to try to rescue it.
