Then & now

A photo from when they were extending the old power station behind our village. 
Back then this was the only access road to the site but the bridge was too narrow for their load so it had to be lifted up and over the bridge. (crane seem more clearly in extra) 

The railway line is now a cycle path and the old power station demolished, repaleced by a more modern one.
