Sunday roast

A cut of pork shoulder acquired at our local butcher, who had never had a request for it before so I wasn't sure it'd be ok. Not quite the amount if crackling I'd hoped, but it's hard to explain to a Dutch butcher what it is you want, anyway. It all tasted excellent :)
