Our bathroom radiator stopped working at the end of last year ( it’s nearly 50 years old ) and it could not be fixed . So today Kev the heating engineer installed a large heated towel rail . We are very pleased with it.
I went to the hospital to see Mum . I gave her a shower and styled her hair. It gave her a wee lift.
I went a sauna and swim mid afternoon. I swam 30 lengths. Just me and one other woman in the pool.
The sauna was lovely.
I taught an intermediate yoga class in the evening. Sharing the golden seed flow , which was new to the class.
