.a bowl a day...
.so, every single morning, i have a banana, an orange, a kiwi and an apple. i organize my bowl in the order i want to eat my fruit. sweetest at the bottom, most sour on top. a little ocd? no, it actually makes sense to my taste buds :)
sometimes i have the fruit as it is (peeled of course), sometimes blended with low fat milk.
this is how i start my day, every day. and when i'm on holiday, i'd order a platter of fresh fruit from room service :) i think it's good to line your stomach with fresh fruit in the morning rather than beyond delicious pancakes and french toasts and maple syrup and crispy bacon greasy food. the thing is, for lunch and dinner and supper....i eat anything i want!!!!!!!! i don't exercise, ever. i just run up and down the stairs at home one million times a day.
it's not a diet. really. just eating the right stuff at the right time :) TRY IT!
