New reality day 553

Bird feeder before I cleaned and filled it this morning.

I feel fine today so I'll be heading for work. We only have customers coming in at 5:30 pm so I'm in no hurry. Nice to have a half day after being sick. But it is a long wait until I'll go.

I've been texting to my laid-off colleagues today. They are all doing fine but feeling bit uncertain about the future.

Yesterday I also texted my colleagues who's got the Covid. He has asthma so I'm worried about him. He's the same age as my own son. I feel like I now have two sons in Covid. But he's got mild symptoms so far, so that is good. And he's got all the vaccinations too.

It's gonna be one of those weeks that when I have evening shift my husband has the morning. And vice versa. All week long. Well, at least the dogs will be properly taken care of.
