Winter Jasmine

Miss Flum is having cavity wall insulation installed but, for access, the jasmine has had to be cut back down to soil level.

I don't know enough about the species to know whether it will regrow from such hard pruning so have taken some twigs to try and root them but have kept these flowering shoots to put in a vase on the table.
