Another early morning!

I know it’s supposed to be a holiday and I can sleep in if I want to, but there’s something very seductive about being so close the water and the sunrise.  It was just magnificent this morning.  We have been thoroughly spoilt over the past few days.  Matt is an amazing cook and we have been feasting on the most fantastic seafood and local cuisine.  I think last night I had the best piece of scotch fillet EVER!  I’m learning a lot from Matt and can’t wait to try some of his tips and tricks.
