Sanding

I wanted to try to tree trunk prints. So far I have tried using wax pastels. The results have been pretty bad with lots of sawn marks on the image. After watching a video here I am sanding a log. After this I used the heat gun to burn away any soft bits.

Whilst I was doing this it reminded me of my mum. I remember her banning me from watching Blue Peter because it always had craft making items. I would then insist on her helping me make them and getting cross with our naff results
