The Path to .....Somewhere

This is something seen only rarely in the Borders. Scotland's Right of Access rules means that designated public footpaths tend not to be pointed out, cos you can go anywhere within reason.
This one is pointing back to Coldstream, and thee other way is a walk along the river. Not sure why it's there. Maybe it's so that the if the English come across the river just here, which is actually THE border,  they'll be confused???

Lots of damage around again. What Arwen started, &  Malik tried to finish and failed, Corrie has succeeded in doing.
