A bit of an EB today as it's been a bit of a frustrating one.  Had to wait in for a call to our Surgery to book a telephone appointment with a Doctor.  Once I got to speak to a Receptionist after holding on for over 30 mins I was told that all the phone slots were full today and we can't pre-book phone calls - try again at 8.30 tomorrow morning ........  you can't have a face to face appointment with a Doctor until you have had a phone consultation.  As it is to do with my cataract op next week, I hope I can get one before then??
