Another special date today, in numbers that is.
This afternoon I took Sweetheart for a ride into the nearby mountains and we could have dinner at the taverna of Meskla... we were the only visitors there today.
The weather was showry and with fresh temps but all much better than what hits Holland these days... from a friend there I noticed that the quaies in Rotterdam were flooded with the water from the river Maas (Meuse) what raised from the Western storms and rain ~ the Delta works worked well to prevent more flooding, like in 1953.

Sweetheart here is looking at the rainbow that came once more pretty close to where we were :-) 

We had a lovely conversation with the landlord and landlady at the taverna
