East Beach
We wanted a wee trip today, so set off quite early and headed up to St. Andrews in Fife, where the weather was forecast to be dry, unlike the west coast. And it did stay dry, but it was overcast most of the day.
We had a nice lunch at a garden centre just outside the town, and then we walked from the town along east beach to the Maiden's Rock, a sea stack along the coast. I didn't manage a good photo of the stack, so show instead a view looking along the coast, with the beautiful sands. I have uploaded the stack as an extra though.
A quick hot chocolate in town before heading back down the road. It was a good day and nice to get a good walk in.
