Last physio appointment

Today I had my last NHS Physio appointment and was discharged. Hooray. Sam my physio has been very kind and supportive over the past five months.
To celebrate, I headed to Meole Brace for a coffee and then on to the Quarry swimming pool to have my first swim in the pool for nearly two years. Covid and all that.
The sun was shining and was reflecting on the water and on to the bottom of the pool. It felt like I was swimming in the sea in Greece. It was helped by the fact there were only five other people in the Olympic sized pool. This is going to be part of my new regime; go swimming twice a week.
