Not fast but out there!

Loving getting back into my jeffing running with a great group of ladies. Tonight a new lady joined us who hasn’t ran for 10 years, but more walking than normal to enable her to ease in gently, I think she did really well not that she thinks that! Will keep encouraging her to come again, it can only get better
