There's always a first time

It's a gluten free version and it's more sponge cake than sponge fingers but goodness me, does it taste good! Neither is it alcoholic nor coffee rich. One can't have everything I suppose.

Good to get out. I did manage to sort out a DIG story today which is an achievement. A most interesting and informative talk this evening on infrared photography. There might just be a chance that the techniques described will work, like taking a white balance reading off a patch of grass in bright sunlight.
